Return Conditions

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Product is Broken: If your jewelry arrives broken or becomes damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept a return.
  2. Product Not Arrived: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, you are eligible for a return.

Return Process

If your situation meets the criteria above, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue (broken product or not arrived)
    • Photo evidence for broken products
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, our team will review your case and provide you with a return authorization if it meets our return conditions. We will respond within 2 business days.

  3. Return Instructions: If your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping Costs: We cover the shipping costs for returning broken products. If the product did not arrive, you will not be charged any additional fees for the return process.
  • Original Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process, please return the item in its original packaging if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they meet the criteria mentioned above (broken or not arrived).
