Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is Broken: If your jewelry arrives broken or becomes damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept a return.
- Product Not Arrived: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, you are eligible for a return.
Return Process

- Photo evidence for broken products

- Shipping Costs: We cover the shipping costs for returning broken products. If the product did not arrive, you will not be charged any additional fees for the return process.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they meet the criteria mentioned above (broken or not arrived).
